On farm slaughter

$150.00  kill (includes 50km round trip).  Emergency kill $200

($1.36/km fuel surcharge after 50km) 

Cut& Paper Wrap $1.10/lb 

Cut & Vac sealed $1.45/lb (all cuts will be vacuum sealed)

$1.00/ lb extra charge if 1 steak per package

cut& Grind only $0.99/lb

(this is if you only want ground beef from the whole animal)

5lb Stew/ Stirfry/ Minute steak included per side of beef

$1.50/lb after exceeding 5lb

Fresh & Smoked sausages

$2.99/lb Vac sealed Fresh sausage (25lb minimum) breakfast, dinner, mild/hot Italian, bratwurst

$3.50/lb Vac sealed Smoked sausage (25lb minimum) regular, farmers, Cheese(extra charge for added cheese), pepperoni sticks (regular, hot, honey garlic and teriyaki)

  • Disposal Fee $35 per animal

  • Surcharge Beef over 900lb: $50

  • Surcharge beef over 1200lb: $150 ageing more than 2 weeks: $20/day           

  •  all products will come on trays. we can provide boxes for $1.50/box

  •   storage fee after completion of call after 1 week: $10/day
