Roldan has over 15 years experience in the butcher industry. From slaughter to steaks he knows it all. Not only will Roldan make sure your meat is cut to your expectations, he will also be doing most of the on site slaughters.
Karin has over 11 years experience in the production industry. Packaging sausage/meat, wrapping, grinding meats, invoicing and selling meat, she has done it all. Karin will help you with filling out cutting instructions, getting you the cuts you want.
